Environmental Programs

1. Netbizz Office Supplies manages its business operation with suppliers who manufature their products in an environmental way.

2. Netbizz provide an environmental education program to its staff and has several key objectives

3. In order to achieve this, Netbizz has implemented several rules:

      o Rubbish: Specific garbage bin is assigned to differentiate Paper, Plastics and Others.

      o Air conditioning: All air conditioning are 100% CFC free and maintaining at room temperature of 24 °c to save energy.

      o Tobacco: Our office is 100% smoke free. None employee is allowed to smoke inside or at the entrance of the office. 

      o Recycling: All papers and packaging materials are properly recycle through appointed recycling firms by NEA.

      o Energy conservation: We use only energy saving bulb and electrical appliances.

      o Waste of water: one water tank is providing 18.9 liters to our 30 employees each day. At the end of the day the tank is recycled.

 4. Responsibilities for implementation of this policy is taken care by Netbizz Office Supplies ISO 14001:2004 Committee. 

 5. While the Direction accepts the main responsibility for implementation of this policy :

     Employees have a very important role in working togather with the committee for safeguarding the environment & are required

         to respect rules and requirements made under the authority of this policy.
